Dr. Schanbacher’s Latest Collaborative Publication Explores Community Approaches to Food Sovereignty

Dr. William Schanbacher co-authored an article in the Journal of Agriculture, Food Systems, and Community Development titled "Setting Tables for Community Food Sovereignty." The piece outlines a community-driven research project in Tampa that led to the creation of a practical toolkit for assessing and transforming local food systems. Developed with local partners, the work emphasizes grassroots collaboration to promote food sovereignty and health equity.
